FOOL-PROOF, FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT
This customer grew tired of their old 3-tab look and wanted to upgrade and improve their curb appeal with a brand new roof, so the team got to work and helped them with their new and improved roof!

There was no prior ventilation, but we installed a ridge ventilation system to help create proper ventilation and release all the hot air trapped in the attic.
Each applicable area of the roof, including the chimney, was secured with ice and water shield, and to top this project off, new step flashing and wall flashing were installed to prevent future leaks.
COOKIE-CUTTER HOME SIDING PROJECT
This cookie-cutter homeowner was in for a real treat working with us! With our expertise, we were able to identify that the previous builders did not use house wrap and cut corners, which is a common issue with these types of homes! Thankfully, we were able to help this customer by providing a better siding method!

Create a smooth base by caulking every nail and seam to finish with a fresh coat of paint!
And voilà, it is as good as new! Or should we say new and improved? Our customer was left very pleased and impressed!
FROM "MY ROOF IS IN SHAMBLES" TO "HEY, NICE SHINGLES"
You don't have to be rich for your house to look like a million bucks. These homeowners were tired of their old shambles of wood cedar shingles and wanted a change. Thanks to our team, we were able to make their dream happen in just 7 hours with new and aesthetic architectural shingles!
And the cost of this transformation? Little to nothing out of pocket for these blessed homeowners. All they had to pay was their deductible, and the rest was fully approved by insurance. OUR FIRST COMMERCIAL PROJECT
Way over in small town Wellington, KS we were blessed with this big project that was a little over 50 square feet! This neglected motel had 4-5 layers of shingles that previous roofing companies had just continued building over, but here at Better Solutions, we don't cut corners like that! Our team completely removed all layers of shingles down to the base to give this motel and its guests a fresh start. From there, this roof was looking up again, re-sheathed with 7/16 OSB plywood to pass code and completed with the customer's choice of charcoal colored shingles.
Not only did we take the time to do this job right from start to finish, but our amazing team got it done in just 2 days - and that's not to boast!
A NEW FENCE FOR A NEW HOME
When adding a new neighborhood to our beloved community, we are thankful that our local contractors entrusted us to install new fences to make these new homes complete for families to move into! Which made this project all the more fun to do.

SOLID WORK FOR A SOLID FUTURE
We like to take our time and make sure projects get done right! This particular customer was having drainage issues with the previous concrete, so we provided them with a better solution and made a slope in the new concrete to ensure it properly drained away from the home.
Strategically formed a layout with the addition of mesh wire
Compacted and leveled AB3 Gravel
Rebar set with chairs and anchored with injected epoxy for proper strength and seal
Now, this happy customer did not have to worry about additional costly repairs that could've turned south from water draining towards their home!
